THANKSGIVING WEEKEND WITH STRETCH ARMSTRONG & ELI ESCOBAR

This weekend, both Eli and I are playing out locally.  On Saturday (11/27)  I will be at the beloved SubMercer.  Not much to say about except that you should get there early and stay late.  We’re going ’til 5…at least.

On Sunday night, after I have nursed my hangover with a bloody Mary or two, I will be at Le Bain on the top floor of the Standard Hotel for Jerome and Neil’s white-hot Nouveau York weekly to catch some of my favorite djs – Eli Escobar, Alex From Tokyo and Roy Dank aka My Cousin Roy.

To get you in the mood, check out the mixshow that Eli and I do every Monday night, Delancey Music Service on East Village Radio.  All of our shows are archived here and streamable.

See you out there!

SMALLTOWN ROMEO/SMALLTOWN DJS

Knowing that your friends are in Calgary where the temperature is measured in Kelvin makes New York seem almost tropical.  To heat things up for themselves, the Smalltown boys just remixed Rye Rye’s “Sunshine.”  It’s a bit bigger sounding than expected, but give them a break – their brains are frozen and they have I-just-ate-all-the-ice-cream-too-fast headaches.

Sunshine (Smalltown Djs Remix)

Get ready for the Smalltown Romeo single “Party Motion” which is about to drop on December 3rd on Beatport…itunes in January with exquisite remixes from Malente (wow), James Pants, Grandtheft and In Flagranti.  Check it out.
