TI was blazing the charts with his latest album, and all people wanted to hear was TI and Rihanna, "Live your Life". Despite the fact that there were 6 other TI singles on the wall, the counter guy told me that it wasn't really their style to sell that record. What the fuck? You are a record store selling hip hop and you refuse to sell the most wanted record in the country but will sell other titles by that artist. That was the last time that I went to Fat Beats. That attitude of trying to decide what is "real" or not is bullshit. If you sold what the people want (serrato aside) you could have made it work for longer.
